Fire Tacos started in Santa Fe in June 2025 with a simple idea: serve bold, satisfying Mexican food made for people who love great flavor.
What began as a local spot has grown into a menu filled with favorites like tacos, burritos, quesabirrias, birria ramen, pizza birria, fresh aguas frescas, and much more. Every dish is made to bring together generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the flavors our community knows and loves.
Since opening our doors, the support from Santa Fe has helped us continue growing, experimenting with new dishes, and sharing our food with more people every day. Whether you're stopping by for a quick meal, picking up dinner for the family, or discovering us for the first time, we want every order to feel worth coming back for.
